Hallway Furniture January 14-18th
Enrolments are now being taken for our January 14-18 woodwork class.
Chris will guide you through the construction of a piece of hallway furniture of your choosing.
There is a library of magazines to stimulate your thoughts or source an image, photo, picture, diagram of your chosen project.
Generally, clients like to modify existing images, select materials form a wonderful pantry of timbers, identify suitable material list and begin machining their timber stock.
Chris provides comprehensive tuition on the safe workshop practices and uses of workshop equipment and machinery.
There is a maximum of 5 students and each participant has a bespoke bench.
Lunches are provided each day and there is period accommodation on site.
There are three accommodation options:
1. Private self contained accommodation featuring kitchen, bathroom and commercial kitchen situated in a drying kiln.
This area was previously used as a café and has been repurposed as period accommodation.
2. A private room with shared bathroom, kitchen, living and recreational room and BBQ facilities.
3. A shared room style bunk house for 2-3 with shared bathroom, kitchen, living and recreational room and BBQ facilities.
